By using NTC Overnight Express, you accept the parcel acceptance and delivery terms, service fees, and liability limits published by the company.

Shippers must pack parcels properly, provide accurate addresses and contact numbers, and must not send prohibited items under applicable law.

The company transports parcels with due care. Any damage claims follow the insurance terms stated on the receipt.

Delivery times are service targets and may change due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.
